- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My personal experience with the OCH Clinic is the exact opposite of the OCH Hospital. Obviously a very busy clinic. So busy that it appears that the "care" part of Healthcare is no longer important. Patient sign in staff can be quite rude at times. We have noticed what seems to be a general lack of communication between the nurses and the physicians. Records brought in by patient at Dr. Request were lost along with my treatment plan. This after the patient gets a ride to Tulsa and back specifically to obtain said records.My original provider was no longer on staff when I arrived for my appointment. No notification or options were offered. My "New" provider was either too busy for me, or disinterested in my Healthcare. Judgments and decisions concerning my care were made without my knowledge and/or consent that resulted in my termination from the Clinic. Defiantly a sad and frustrating difference from the hospital.November 26, 2016by Bobby Floyd
